Shipping Information

Canada: We offer free shipping on all orders over $59 CAD within Canada.
United States: We ship to the United States and offer free shipping on all orders over $79 USD.
Remote Areas: For certain remote areas in both Canada and the United States, additional shipping fees may apply. You will be notified of any applicable shipping surcharges during the checkout process based on your delivery address.

Delivery Inspection

Please inspect the packaging and contents carefully upon arrival. If your package or contents arrive damaged, please contact us within 3 days of delivery to report the issue.
If you authorize the courier to leave your order without a signature, acornest cannot be held liable for any damages or missing items.

Return Eligibility

We offer a 14-day return policy. You have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To initiate a return, please fill out the “Return” form on our website with clear details and pictures of the goods.
All returns must include original accessories, manuals, and packaging. If a gift was included, it must also be returned to receive a full refund.
Non-Returnable Items: We cannot accept returns for perishable goods (food, flowers, plants), custom/personalized items, personal care goods, hazardous materials, sale items, or gift cards.

Refund Process

Order Cancellation: You may cancel your order within 60 minutes of placement. If cancelled before shipment, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method within approximately 7 business days.
Post-Delivery: You may apply for a refund within 24 hours of receiving your goods. Once approved, you may return the goods in person or by mail.
Shipped Orders: For orders already in transit, please wait until you receive the package. A refund will be issued once the goods are returned in an intact/unused condition. Please note that a $15 handling fee will be charged.
General Terms: Discounts/coupons are not refunded, and the final refund amount will not exceed the original amount paid.
