By using the acornest website and purchasing our products, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Pricing

  1. Online Exclusive: All prices listed on acornest are exclusive to our online store.

    Dynamic Pricing: All prices are listed in Canadian Dollars (CAD) and are subject to change without notice.

    Currency & Payments:
    We currently accept payments from both Canada and the United States.
    All prices are based in CAD, and US customers may complete payment in USD. The final amount in USD is automatically converted based on the current exchange rate at checkout.

    Order Accuracy: In the event of inventory shortages, acornest reserves the right to modify or cancel any part of your order. If an item is unavailable and removed from your order, you will not be charged for that item.

2. Returns and Refunds

How to Return

  • We have a 14-day return policy. You have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

  • Please submit a return request via our online “Return” form, including clear photos of the item.

  • Once approved, you must mail the item back to us at the address provided in your approval confirmation. acornest is an online-only store; we do not accept in-person returns.

  • Items must include all original accessories, manuals, and packaging. Missing items may result in a partial or denied refund.

Refunds

  • Cancellations: You may cancel your order within 60 minutes of placement for a full refund.

  • Processing: Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 7–10 business days for the funds to appear.

  • Return Handling: If you return an item that has already been shipped, a $25 handling fee will be deducted from your refund. All refunds are subject to the goods being returned in intact/unused condition.

  • Non-Refundable: Discounts, coupons, and shipping fees are non-refundable.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

  • Perishable goods (food, flowers, plants), custom/personalized items, personal care products (beauty products), and hazardous materials are non-returnable.

  • Sale items and gift cards are final sale.

Return Courier Cost

Customers are responsible for all return packaging and shipping costs.

3. Delivery and Inspection

  • Delivery Method: acornest provides delivery via Canada Post or professional courier services. We do not offer in-person store pickup.

  • Delivery Fees: Orders over $99 (before tax) qualify for free standard delivery within Canada. Orders under $99, heavy/oversized items, or shipments to remote locations may incur additional shipping charges calculated at checkout.

  • Inspection: Please inspect your package upon arrival. Report any damage or missing items to contact@acornest.com within 3 days.

  • Liability: If you authorize the courier to leave your order at your door without a signature, acornest is not liable for any damages, missing items, or theft.

4. Privacy and Security

  • Data Collection: acornest collects personal information (name, address, email, browsing data, etc.) necessary to process your orders and improve your experience.

  • Privacy: We respect your privacy. By using our site, you consent to the collection and use of your information by acornest and our authorized third-party service providers (such as payment processors).

  • Security: We prioritize your data security and utilize industry-standard protections. However, no transmission over the internet is 100% secure. By using our site, you acknowledge that acornest is not responsible for data breaches beyond our reasonable control. In the event of a breach, we will cooperate with legal authorities.
