Return and Refund Policy
Shipping
We offer free shipping on all orders over $59 CAD within Canada.
We also ship to the United States.
For US orders, we offer free shipping on all orders over $79 USD.
Please note that for certain remote areas in both Canada and the United States, additional shipping fees may apply. You will be notified of any applicable shipping surcharges during the checkout process based on your delivery address.
How to Return
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. Please fill in the “Return” form on our website. It must include clear details and pictures of the goods you wish to return. After your return request is approved, you may return the goods to the acornest store in person or mail them back to us.
You will need to include all accessories, manuals, and original packaging. If a gift was included with the returned item, you must return it as well. A full refund may not be processed if any accessories or items are missing.
Refunds

Order Cancellation: You may cancel your order within 60 minutes after it is placed. If an order is cancelled before it has been shipped, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method. The refund will be processed within approximately 7 business days.

Post-Delivery Refund: You may apply for a refund within 24 hours after receiving your goods. Normally, we need 1–7 business days to process your application. We will send you a confirmation email after your request has been confirmed; then, you can proceed to return the goods to our store in person or mail them back to us.

Shipped Orders: If your order has already been shipped, you will need to wait until you have received it. We will issue a refund as soon as the goods are returned in an intact and/or unused condition. A handling fee of $25 will be charged.

General Terms: Discounts and/or coupons will not be refunded. The final refund amount will not exceed the original amount paid.
xceptions / Non-returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, including perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about a specific item. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Return Courier Cost
Customers are responsible for all return packaging and shipping costs.
Delivery Inspection
Most deliveries arrive at our customers' locations without damage. However, please inspect the packaging and contents carefully upon arrival. Please contact us to report any damage within 3 days of delivery. If you authorize the courier to leave your order without a signature, acornest cannot be held liable for any damages or missing items.
